The Fund have just launched a new online fund application form. Potential applicants should be confident that they meet our eligibility criteria of working in the Nuclear Industry before completing the form. The Nuclear Industry Benevolent Fund is a registered charity helping past, present and future employees of the UK Nuclear Industry in times of financial difficulty.

The Fund has recently celebrated its 60th Anniversary.   As part the celebrations, the Fund has donated £5,000 each to Foodbanks in Cumbria & Warrington supporting their ‘Holiday Lunch Packs 4 Kids’ schemes. The team visited the NDA Estate Supply Chain event on 2nd November 2017 at Media City in Manchester to raise awareness of the Fund.

The Fund were invited to do a presentation at the NDA’s Security Awareness week at Hinton House, Risley on 21st September 2017.  Pictured Right to Left are Kris Bradshaw (Fund Trustee & Business Development Director, Nuvia), Elaine Price (Fund Manager & Secretary) and Sam Crampton (Deputy Manager).

In May 2017, the Fund were invited to attend the annual Personnel Industry Security Day at the Office for Nuclear Regulation at Bootle.
